How is it shipped?
We ship parcelable goods with the parcel service DPD.
Drop-off permit
Customers often approach us with requests to drop off packages at driveways, garages or simply at a neighbor's house. These requests do not fall under our responsibility. For specifications such as parking permits, the delivering parcel service is exclusively responsible.
Shipping countries
The delivery of our articles when ordering via the online store is currently only possible within Germany.
Your shipping costs
For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4,90€. From a value of goods of 20€ we send your order free of shipping costs.
